Grassroots Ops Upgrade • Need for Clear Frameworks (BTW008)
With high hopes, we participate in groups and chats on mainstream platforms. Making sense of the world and our conscious evolution. We don't have principles or frameworks of engagement. It all turns into incoherent porridge.
We need to upgrade our approach and mindsets. Chart our common grounds. Nurture our shared streams. Organize our skills and capacities. Raise the umbrella of our collective purpose. Navigate our process lifecycles. Into convergence.

By the way. As we've spoken of coherence and convergence. Why does any of this matter? And also, are these not just fancy words for common sense concepts?
So here, we're specifically trying to upgrade the grassroots a notch. When I mention the grassroots, I simply mean people coming together from different walks of life, trying to make sense of their conscious evolution and the state of the world.
This basically well meaning and sincere lot, driven in the right direction, without engaging any established frameworks — for better or worse — they are often awfully incoherent and divergent. We don't find coherence or convergence. Therefore these topics are in order.
We have no need, no imperative to embrace existing frameworks, — academic, corporate or government sectors. They're often slanted, driving things in a particular direction, following particular paradigms that condition us. But frameworks we need to have. Learn from all of these, extract the essence, apply into your use case, into your specific context.
In the most simple terms. Find your common ground, map the patterns in the scenario. Then find the common flow, the elastic fibers that bind you together into a cohesive stream. Then map your skills and capacities, if ever you intend to be operational about any of this, if you intend to get something done. And don't forget the big picture, how all the parts relate to the whole, what the meaning is for each participating individual, what the purpose is in terms of your context in the broader world.
And then get into operational life-cycle models, the different more concrete aspects, milestones, stations of your process. From baselines all the way to fulfilment, each step of your journey — how is it going to be panning out? You have a foundation there.
Many of you engage in mainstream discussion groups and chats, hoping to transform the world, hoping to generate some meaning. Where continuity of conversation, exchange, lasts for a couple of turns at best until it vanishes into the horizon. Do not hope that with this, the world will be turning around.
In no time at all, all of it reverts back to disconnected incoherence. Nothing much came of it, save memories of a meaningful turn or two. Nothing was brought together into any kind of a meaningful whole. Coherent sets of exchange — knowledge, insight pooling together, related to each other, converging into a more meaningful whole. If we don't have that, then nothing ever goes anywhere at all. You never even had a launchpad.
Do not waste your time and breath in these mainstream tunnels. They are simply mind vampires, attention leeches, pinging you all over the place, but not scaffolding, not supporting any sort of continuity in meaning. That's the way they're wired, that's the profit model. It's not for your profit or your benefit. Do not hope to ever build anything at all on those platforms.
