Attend at tight focus: Gain high-definition insights. Attend at broad focus: Reach macro-level orientation. Let it be scattered: Harvest confusion and suffering. Treasure your attention. It's limited — and it matters.

**Attention is the most precious asset in our lives.** Be very mindful of how you invest it. When given to another, attention is the greatest gift. And when given unto yourself, attention is the source of your insight and evolution.

Consciousness itself is potentive energy. The forms out there, and in here, are like circuit boards. And your attention is the connector. Your attention is the funnel. Your attention is the driver of all activity.

When your attention is kept at a narrow beam of containment and focus, it leads to high-definition experience and streamlined operation. When your attention is held at a broad spectrum, it leads to relational wisdom and systemic insight.

And when attention is mindlessly left to scatter all over the place, driven by the pushes and pulls of whatever stimuli you encounter, it simply results in friction, confusion, cognitive strain and suffering.

Your attention determines your present experience. Your attention determines your future evolution. Where you put your attention – that is, that becomes. Nothing else matters.

Then attend to your attention as a matter of top priority. Your attention is all that matters. The rest of it follows.

Where your attention is compromised, your existence is compromised. Your potentials are compromised. Your awareness itself is compromised. Diluted, scattered, never to reach its consummation.

So please, for your own sake, mind where you place your attention. Put it where it matters. Invest your attention to affect your evolution, to support the genuine needs emergent in your environment. Treasure your attention.
