See, I'm not a vendor who benefits from your attention. Also not a spoon-feeding butler serving your conditions. You yourself are the cleaner of your house and inner mess.
If you don't break out of your distracted comfort zone. If you are too lazy to strive and overcome your hold-ups. Then that's where you are — and nobody will drag you out.
Inner evolution is a process where you invest your attention. Rise from your sloth and strive hard to conquer your ignorance. There's your dull veil — now rip it, rise and shine and behold.

Well, boo-hoo! Whoever said that you would get all of this in an instant without putting some effort into it. If it's actually important, then put some priority attention to it. Look up those difficult words.
If as a whole it seems complicated, but there's something in there that resonates, then by all means, drop the transcript into AI. Ask for all of that to be explained in simpler terms, terms that relate directly to your situation. Just do it, if it seems important. And if not, then not a problem. Moving on to whatever is the next thing that gives you something easy and comfortable.
Thing is, I've already provided an abundance of content. Short form, medium form, long form, transcript, audios, videos, PDFs, what have you. There are at this point hundreds of entry points, hundreds of bridges. You can walk, with just a little bit of effort — if actually you are interested in crossing those bridges beyond your present condition, into broader and deeper insight.
It's all in your hand, not mine. You cannot be the forever spoiled infant. Picky and needy, requires spoon feeding.
"All of this, please give it to me exactly the way I want it, exactly the way that I think I need it."
If I do that, how will you ever grow resilient? How will you ever evolve? How will you ever grow beyond your little box of constraints that limit your insight, that limit your experience in life? If some of this seems to matter, then it is you who must make the effort, who must book the attention for getting into it.
People learn all sorts of things all the time. And they master those fields of insight because they assert priority into that. With that establishment of priority — attention, effort and evolution follow, naturally.
If indeed there is something that is absolutely unsurmountable for you, then by all means let me know — and I will see what can be done to accommodate it. But chances are you are simply being distracted, being lazy, not wanting to snap out of your comfort zone and invest some effort, where it does not yield immediate comfort and happiness for you.
So let's be real here. There is a path of insight. Take of it bits and pieces, or take the full works, up to you, but it is you who must put one foot in front of the other. Take your own steps, you are no longer a toddler.
You are a grown up human being, an instance of consciousness able to direct attention and make effort. Take the necessary measures if there is importance in any of this for you. And as noted — if not, then moving on, no matter.
