Back from the daily walk with my assistant producer. Back in the flow. Sources captured for two new episodes. One for "By the Way", into New Year, the passage of time, and the way we construct our awareness of present with back-reference. Another for "Ponder Struck", entering the second arc into the deeper elements. "Brief Snaps" already concluded the twined archetypal arc. "Walkie Talkie" follows soon.

Then in the up and coming budding series, we have "Very Easy", the trumpified "Make Awareness Great Again", following a similar arc. "Spirit Warden" too, exploring the concerns in the fields and stations of our journey, follows the lay of the land.

In new arrivals, we have "Into the Path", a most clear step-by-step walkthrough of the major concerns on the path of our cognitive evolution. As I get to it, it'll be coupled with a new series, "Essential Elements", going deeper into these core archetypes of our awareness. And to keep it all practical and practicable for you, there's a new series, "Micro Meditations" brewing. The sorts of conscious practice that you can fit in between the cracks of your day — and take it from there.
