Back to Authentic Nature · Our Ecosystem in Its Peace (CW002) ▸
- # Nature — In nature, things are what they are... Nature is your greatest teacher... Be sure to return to nature as often as possible...
- Nature doesn't pretend to be anything. We find peace in that. Sun keeps on shining. Clouds doing their thing. Bedrock not budging. But why is your tree of life so bent out of shape? What's it trying to be today? All that is. It is what it is. It does what it does. Like, in its plain nature — not like, in your distortion fields. Can we just be okay with that? Read more...

Good Morning and Mindful Day and Night (R004) ▸
- # Nature — Nature is fantastic, but we take nature for granted... the leaves are fluttering in the wind... the vitalizing charm of nature...
- We wake up mindfully. Transit back into the waking world. Recollect yourself. Breathe peacefully in tune of nature. Shape your intention for the day. Make it a habit to pause and reflect. We have our inner, introspective world. We have the world of nature's essences. We have our social reality. We have the greater arcs of meaning in our lives. Recall these as the foundation of your attention and intentions. At the day's end, relax for a closure and allow the day to conclude. Rest well and in peace. Read more...

And what of the world? What of the planet? What of religion and spirituality? Of us all? Of your personal life? Of your inner state? — "How do you feel about all that?" I feel like an open book.
